The Message Templates page is your central hub for creating and managing all your rich-media and structured messages for different channels. This allows you to design engaging content that your chatbot can use for proactive communication, promotional campaigns, or transactional messages.

From this page, you can select a channel to begin creating templates:
  • WhatsApp: Create pre-approved templates that follow WhatsApp’s strict guidelines, such as Marketing, Utility, or Authentication messages.
  • Facebook Messenger: Design rich templates with various categories like Text, Image, Buttons, and Quick Replies for your Facebook chatbot.
  • Instagram Messaging: Build engaging templates for Instagram, including options for Text, Images, Buttons, and Quick Replies, to communicate with your followers.
